Tan Kia Hiang is Snr Director, DEI Business Partner at Micron Technology Inc. She was appointed to her current position in 2022 and is responsible for overseeing DEI Business Partnering for Asia Pacific. She has been in Micron for close to 18years having previous role in Finance, Business Partnering and Global People Services. She is also the Chairperson for Singapore Micron Foundation Committee for the past 8years and is part of the Steering Committee for various employee resource group in Singapore. This includes Micron Women Leadership Network and Capable ERGs.

She started her career as an auditor with Price Waterhouse and move on to be part of the pioneer startup Finance team which established TECH Semiconductor in 1991 (Currently Micron Fab10W Facility). Ms. Tan thereafter joined the gaming industry Vivendi Universal and Mikoishi Pte Ltd to start up their operations in Singapore. She expanded her scope in responsibilities to Human Resource and Procurement and held senior position as a Financial Controller and Vice President in Finance, Human Resource and Administration. Ms Tan joined back Micron in 2011 to be part of the People Organization Team.

She represented Micron as Part of the Master Plan Implementation Committee chaired by Singapore MCYS (Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports) in enabling an inclusive society in Singapore through Sports for Disable in 2015 & 2016.

Ms. Tan received her early education at Singapore Chinese Girls School and Raffles Junior College. She graduated from National University of Singapore with a degree in Accountancy. While in university, she was the Assistant Honorary Secretary for the Students’ Union, Publicity Officer for Sports Club main committee and represented the University in Basketball.

Dr. Anurag Apte has been with P&G for over 8 years. He has worked in different capacities for P&G, starting as Plant Occupational Health Lead, then progressing to manage Indian Sub-continent, followed by Asia Pacific and AMA. He is also the Global Medical Lead for PS. Physician by training, with specialization in Occupational Health and Healthcare management, he has been responsible for managing the Occupational Health and Wellbeing program for the region, which includes core elements of Mental Health and Wellbeing. He works closely with country Medical and HR teams of the region, to establish sustainable programs, which enables P&G to take care of its most important asset, it’s people.

Prior to P&G, Dr. Anurag was the Director for Strategic Health and Wellbeing at America Express, India and APAC. Dr. Anruag has also worked with IBM, Reliance Industries- Indian’s biggest petrochemical firm, Automotive conglomerate Mahindra & Mahindra and diversified conglomerate Aditya Birla group, in the field of Occupational Health. In all these assignment, over the past 15 years, he has strived to create a culture of Health, Safety and Wellbeing

Wellbeing is all about energy management. Physical energy to fuel your life, mental energy to drive focus, emotional energy to remain positive and spiritual energy to drive passion and purpose. I have been attached with this training for more than 10 years and have found all these elements have helped me persevere through all the professional and personal challenges. I would like to share my learnings and experience on this topic, which has kept me committed and performing at my PEAK for past decade and how you can bring those learnings to your life.
