Event Details
This session aims to prepare employers for the upcoming Workplace Fairness Legislation (WFL) by providing you with an introduction to the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), as well as on the Tripartite Standards (TS) which are a set of good employment practices that companies should implement.
We hope that after this session, companies will relook at their current HR practices, ensure that they are in line with the current guidelines and strive to become progressive employers. They will then be well prepared when the WFL is enacted.
