Event Details
AmCham will be hosting C. S. Eliot Kang, Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation, for a roundtable discussion on Wednesday, November 8, from 9am - 10am.
A/S Kang is interested in issues of critical and emerging tech security and understanding how tech companies in Singapore engage with research security, tech transfer, and critical technology policy. Having participated in Deputy Prime Minister Lawrence Wong's recent meetings with the U.S. National Security Council and U.S. State Department in early October, A/S Kang is keen to engage with AmCham members, particularly companies that are focused on critical technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), biotechnology, research and development, or supply chain security.
