While efforts and investments to achieve digital transformation are not new, 2020 has rapidly accelerated the digital transformation, forcing many to embrace virtual and digital services in every aspect of their life. The 2021 Digital Leadership Readiness Research Report by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), in partnership with the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, HRM Asia, pymetrics and Thrive HR Exchange revealed critical culture gaps that are impeding transformation in organizations. As people leaders, what are the challenges in leading this cultural transformation and what can we do about it?

Jennifer Di is the HR Director for Baxter Southeast Asia cluster and Global Functions in APAC. She has over 16 years' experiences in Medical Devices and Consulting industries across Asia Pacific. She is a commercial minded, result-driven & strategic HR business leader, specialized in HR strategy and planning, organizational design and leading large-scale change management and transformation programs.

Jennifer has a broad international experience spanning China, Hong-Kong, USA & South East Asia. She has clear achievements in multiple geographies with a strong track record of working closely with talented teams to grow business results. Her extraordinary work supported Baxter to be recognized as the "Best Employer" and "Great Place to Work" in China, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam. Her passion is to enable people's purpose and unleash their best potential in work and lives.

She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics (MSOD) and started her career as a management consultant in Accenture. She subsequently further sharpened her domain expertise with Gap International in Pennsylvania, USA. After she returned to the region, she joined Baxter and took multiple HR leadership roles across Asia Pacific.

Diana is a seasoned leadership and human capital consultant and thought leader with 20 years of experience across large global organizations. Prior to CCL, Diana served as Regional Client Development Director, Asia at Korn Ferry International, a preeminent human capital advisory firm. At Korn Ferry, her work involved advising both multinational and local Asian clients on Talent Management, Succession Planning and Leadership Development best practices. She led the Asian market to successfully execute projects in organizational design, succession planning, competency modeling, leadership development, employee engagement and rewards strategy. Having lived and worked in multiple Asian countries for over 20 years, Diana has a deep appreciation of the richness and complexity of APAC Region and is passionate about developing future Global Asian Leaders.

Diana leads CCL’s client development efforts in Asia Pacific. In her current role, she is responsible for growing leadership development solutions across Asia Pacific market and promoting CCL mission in the region. The current solutions include Global Asian Leader programs, Leading Digital and Cultural Transformation, High Potential programs as well as executive coaching and digital learning solutions.

Diana holds a Bachelor Degree in Asian studies from Dnepropetrovsk National University, Ukraine. She is fluent in English, Chinese, Russian and Spanish languages.

Elisa Mallis has accumulated 20 years of experience as a business leader with a focus on transformational change, human capital strategy, sales, and marketing. Currently, she is the APAC Managing Director and Vice President of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). In her role, she leads CCL's efforts in the region to accelerate leadership development while also contributing significantly to CCL's global research agenda.

Based in Asia over the last 14 years, Elisa has held substantial leadership roles, including at MDS (a Greater China-focused Leadership Firm), at the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business and Accenture.

CCL has been a member of AmCham Singapore for over ten years. With CCL's renewed investment and focus to bring East and West perspectives on Leadership, Elisa will be able to bring these latest Asia-focused human capital and leadership development best practices to support AmCham Singapore's growth and impact.

Elsie Ng is the Head of Talent Solutions – Singapore at LinkedIn. Elsie has rich experience building businesses across Asia Pacific region, leading regional information, internet and media businesses. Her extensive experience includes building Start-ups to running regional operations for Multinational organizations.

At LinkedIn, Elsie is responsible for Talent Solutions business in Singapore for both corporations and public sector. Together with her team, they advise organizations on social recruitment, employer branding, organization learning, employee experience and data-driven decision making leveraging talent insights.

Apart from her professional work, Elsie has been involved in career coaching and guidance for students focusing on career planning and future skills plus career coaching of PMETs. She currently sits on a couple of Advisory Committees for Institutions of Higher Learning in Singapore.

Elsie speaks frequently at industry and company events (ie. Maritime, Technology & Research, Legal, Banking, Hospitality, Public Sector, Trade Association) sharing talent and skills insights.

Neelesh Shanbhag is currently the CIO & VP of Business and Technology for Janssen Asia Pacific, he is responsible for the technology direction of the Pharmaceuticals group within Asia Pacific, developing and implementing effective IT strategies to support the overall growth objectives of the Pharmaceutical business in the region. He works closely with the leadership team in translating business priorities and challenges into technology solutions to better serve our patients and customers.

Most recently, Neelesh was the Global IT Integration Leader managing the overall technology integration of Actelion into the Janssen and wider J&J organization. He was responsible for developing the overall IT integration strategy, technology roadmap and implementation of key business capabilities across all functions. Leading in a period of uncertainty and complexity through the integration, he demonstrated a strong focus on cultivating an inclusive Credo-based and customer-centric culture.

Neelesh brings a 26-year track record of successful leadership in Technology in various roles and diverse cultures in Asia Pacific and EMEA regions. He started his Johnson & Johnson career in the Consumer sector in 1999; he assumed roles of increasing responsibilities within the IT organization across multiple regions, delivering critical business capabilities for the Pharma & Consumer business. Neelesh has played critical roles in major business transformation programs to help standardize the business processes and implement technology platforms to enable business growth.

Neelesh holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney. He is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS, USA.
