Our day to day has completely shifted in these pressing times, our typical structure has been uprooted. Where previously we could use physical space to try and compartmentalize the many emotions and tasks going on in our head, this no longer is an option. There are many different outlets to help with stress, anxiety and chaos in times like these, and journaling has quickly jumped to a top spot in that list. There are multiple recorded benefits of journaling, but as with any other habit, it may take some time to build.
