Event Details
This briefing aims to inform and engage AmChamSG's members on the recently announced Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangement Requests (TG-FWAR), which will take effect from 1 Dec 2024, and to share information on the upcoming Workplace Fairness Legislation (WFL), which is targeted for launch in 2025.
We hope that after this session, AmCham's members will gain a deeper understanding of these key announcements and take active steps to prepare for them.
The presentation will cover the following:
- Overview of TAFEP and TADM's work
- Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP) and Workplace Fairness Legislation (WFL)
- Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangement Requests (TG-FWAR)
- Benefits of FWAs and Resources for Employers
