A veteran medical practitioner, Dr Tan See Leng was Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at IHH HealthCare Berhad from 2014 to 2019. During Dr Tan’s tenure, the group doubled its revenue from RM 6 billion to RM 12 billion.

Dr Tan was also Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Parkway Pantai Limited from 2010 to 2019. Under his leadership, Parkway Pantai attained a successful listing, raising USD 2.1 billion in 2012.
An entrepreneur, Dr Tan founded Healthway Medical Group in Singapore and was its Chief Executive Officer from 1993 to 2002. He expanded the group’s operations to 40 locations with a turnover of S$20 million per annum, making it the second largest private primary healthcare provider in Singapore.

Dr Tan has served on the boards of several medical committees including Singapore Ministry of Health’s Medishield Life Review Committee. He also sat on the Advisory Board of Lee Kong Chian School of Business at Singapore Management University and has guest lectured at many international symposiums including the Harvard Business School’s series on healthcare entrepreneurship.

Dr Tan was named Best CEO at the National Award for management Accounting (NAFMA) and the Asia Innovator of the Year at the 14th CNBC Asia Business Leaders Award for Innovation in 2015. In 2007, he received the Albert & Mary Lim Award by the College of Family Physicians Singapore. Under his leadership, IHH HealthCare Berhad won multiple awards, including the Best Managed and Best Overall Corporate Governance Poll awards by Asiamoney in 2016.

From 2011 to 2019, Dr Tan served as Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School of Singapore (Office of Education).

Dr Tan graduated with Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, and attained a Master of Medicine from the National University of Singapore. He received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

Michelle Chan Crouse leads the firm's Consumer Packaged Goods and Human Resources Practices in Asia. She is also a Global Sustainability Champion for Consumer Sector and coordinates the practice in the Asia region. Michelle advises clients on recruitment, assessment and succession topics for Global, Regional and Country level roles. Michelle has extensive management consulting, global talent assessment and development experience across a number of functions, particularly in general management, sales, marketing, digital and human resources. Based in Singapore, Michelle brings in-depth experience of the South East Asian market and is a trusted advisor to multinational clients as well as Asian conglomerates.

Prior to joining the firm, Michelle led the Asian operations of a-connect, a global project execution firm. She began her career as an analyst with Lehman Brothers in New York before becoming a consultant with Boston Consulting Group in multiple locations. She also worked in various senior roles at the Gap including Assistant Treasurer and Senior Director of Corporate Finance where she helped launch the international Division.

Michelle holds a Bachelor's in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Harvard University and an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School.

Asha Gupta is Amway’s Regional President, Asia and Chief Strategy Corporate Development Officer. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing business operations in Amway’s markets in Asia. Gupta also leads the development of Amway’s long-term global business strategy and is responsible for evaluating growth opportunities to help Amway Business Owners (ABOs) meet customer needs and grow their business online. In addition to her enterprise strategy stewardship, she manages acquisitions and alliance initiatives for the company.

Gupta serves on Amway’s Global Leadership Team, Amway’s key decision-making body focused on strategy development and delivering meaningful ABO and customer experiences. She also serves on Amway’s Executive Staff comprised of cross functional executive leaders focused on enhancing company culture, talent capabilities and global market needs.

Gupta joined Amway’s leadership team in 2020 as Chief Strategy & Corporate Development Officer. In 2021, she assumed the additional responsibility of Regional President, Asia. Gupta is a seasoned global executive with a passion for serving entrepreneurs with 26 years of transformational leadership experience, having overseen multi-functional and multi-cultural teams across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe and the Americas.

Prior to joining Amway in 2020, Gupta spent 23 years at Tupperware, most recently as EVP & Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer, boldly enhancing Tupperware’s sustainability positioning and entry into new product categories. Previously as Group President – Asia Pacific, she led the largest revenue and profit contributing region for the company. Earlier in her Tupperware career, as AVP Asia Pacific & Managing Director India, she delivered 32 consecutive quarters of growth, helped Tupperware achieve super-brands status in India and also authored a compilation of entrepreneurial journeys focused on women empowerment entitled “She Can You Can”.

Gupta began her career leading Regional Sales at Coats Viyella, a large British textile conglomerate, and also consulted for Coca-Cola in the Middle East, helping them with their plans to move into new categories within the region.

Gupta was born and raised in India. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University of Madras and an MBA in Marketing from University of Mumbai. She underwent Leadership & General Management Programs at Yale CEO College, IMD Lausanne and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Gupta is the recipient of many awards, including Fortune India Magazine’s “50 Most Powerful Women in Business” (2012 & 2013) and Business Today Magazine’s “Most Powerful Women in Indian Business” (2013). She is an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) International and Singapore Chapter.

Susan Hughes was named President of Emerson in Asia Pacific in 2020 and is based in Singapore.

In this role, she oversees business platform operations and sales across the region. She has been with Emerson for more than 17 years and has worked in a variety of different functional groups including Marketing, Engineering, Operations and Sales. Susan has been located in 7 different cities across the world with Emerson and is known for her commitment to safety, innovation, and promoting diversity equity and inclusion.

Prior to this appointment, Susan served as Emerson’s vice president and general manager of the Micro Motion brand which makes Coriolis mass flow meters. She was also vice president and general manager of the TESCOM brand which makes high pressure regulators, serving a variety of industries.

From 2008 to 2013, Susan held various management positions at Emerson businesses in China, including starting up an engineering and product marketing center for Emerson’s Micro Motion and Rosemount brands in Nanjing. She also served as the plant manager for the Fisher brand in Shanghai and still considers being a plant manager one of her most rewarding assignments.

Susan holds bachelor’s degrees in math and Chinese from Grinnell College and an MBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

In February 2021, Andreas joined Organon to establish Organon in the region as Managing Director for South, East and Southeast Asia. In May 2024 his scope was expanded to Managing Director of Asia Pacific.

Organon is a Global health care company focused on Women’s Health and Cardiovascular Diseases among others. Organon is listed at NYSE and has an annual Global revenue of above USD6B.

Andreas has held various board roles since 2019.

From 2012-2021 Andreas had positions of increasing seniority in the Global pharmaceutical company MSD. His final position was Managing Director of MSD in Denmark and Iceland.

In between his roles in Denmark, Andreas had commercial leadership roles in the US, Nordic Cluster and The Netherlands.

Andreas has published several articles in peer reviewed journals with epidemiology research using the national Danish health care registries.

Before joining MSD, Andreas was Head of Section in the Danish Ministry of Health and Ministry of Finance. In parallel he was teaching courses in applied health economics and health policy in college and university classes for Danish and international students.

Andreas graduated as Master of Political Science from University of Copenhagen in 2007, after specializing in Health Economics and Health Care Managing. During his specialization he also studied in Sydney, Australia.

Andreas is married and has three children.

Elisa Mallis has accumulated 20 years of experience as a business leader with a focus on transformational change, human capital strategy, sales, and marketing. Currently, she is the APAC Managing Director and Vice President of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). In her role, she leads CCL's efforts in the region to accelerate leadership development while also contributing significantly to CCL's global research agenda.

Based in Asia over the last 14 years, Elisa has held substantial leadership roles, including at MDS (a Greater China-focused Leadership Firm), at the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business and Accenture.

CCL has been a member of AmCham Singapore for over ten years. With CCL's renewed investment and focus to bring East and West perspectives on Leadership, Elisa will be able to bring these latest Asia-focused human capital and leadership development best practices to support AmCham Singapore's growth and impact.

Prashant Trivedi is a Regional Lead for Learning & Talent Management at Cigna International Healthcare, APAC & MEA

An accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience across diverse industries, Prashant specializes in Learning, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement. As a strategic leader, he partners with organization to drive growth, enhance workforce capabilities, and align talent strategies with business goals.

Currently at Cigna International Healthcare, Prashant supports global leaders and teams across APAC and MEA, designing and executing impactful learning and talent strategies. His expertise lies in consulting on employee capability assessments, crafting development plans, and deploying innovative learning interventions to empower individuals and teams.

He is a postgraduate in Human Resource Management and a Certified Coach. He is also certified practitioner of various tools line Hogan, Insights Discovery, 6 Working Genius, Clifton Strength Finder, etc.
