Event Details
AmChamSG is hosting a briefing by the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP) on the Workplace Fairness Act (WFA), which was passed in Parliament earlier this year. The Act is expected to be legislated in 2026 or 2027.
Through this session, TAFEP will provide AmChamSG members with a deeper understanding of the WFA and encourage proactive preparation for its implementation.
The briefing will cover the following topics:
- Introduction to Workplace Fairness Act (WFA)
- Importance of implementing a formal grievance handling process
- Tripartite Standards on Grievance Handling
- TAFEP's Resources
