With multiple uncertainties due to the COVID-19 pandemic, employee well-being should be THE NUMBER ONE priority for employers. What was previously marked by feel-good activities like games and food, employee well-being now calls for more profound actions that can no longer be top down. Companies must actively engage employees in deciding the means and objectives through which their wellbeing is developed.

like KPMG IBM, Peta is passionate about making a difference and always looks to drive high performance through people in an authentic and sustainable way This stems from her background in Organizational Psychology and experiences of living in many different parts of the world.

Neil is an International Human Resources Professional who loves being a problem solver. In 2009, he had a fantastic opportunity to move across the planet and work with many different cultures. This invaluable experience gave me him the opportunity to work with some amazing people.

Having a deep passion for helping people and employee wellness, made him want to help HR leaders to overcome the challenges of managing cultural diversity, employee engagement, and most importantly how a happy workforce makes a productive workforce. So, in 2009, he co-founded LiveMore, a personal development app available on Appstore and Google Play. The LiveMore app mission is to: Bring everyone the knowledge they need to expand their life skills to realize their personal and professional life goals.

Tanya’s 15-year legal career at some of the world’s largest law firms has honed her ability to influence and collaborate with people from diverse disciplines and background, and to structure and manage complex projects. Tanya spent 7 years in Real Estate legal teams before moving into legal team management. Tanya spent 8 years in Corporate M&A at both Simmons & Simmons and Norton Rose Fulbright in London.

Eager to enter the world of venture, Tanya founded the Ladies Investment Club in Singapore shortly after moving from the UK in 2017. Tanya grew a team of 40 female investors which enabled female investors to build their investment portfolio and credentials, while providing hard to access funding to female founders. She has a track of building investor teams to provide the combination of skills required to support founders.

During her 2.5 years of managing the Ladies Investment Club, Tanya invested in multiple portfolio companies, worked as Head of Sales within one portfolio company, joined boards and advisory teams and aided a business pivot from an ecommerce business into a SaaS business.

In 2020, Tanya founded Her Capital, a female-led seed fund in Singapore investing in female-founded, scalable businesses.

Tanya’s strengths lie in identifying exceptional talent, building strong business relationships with start-up founders, without compromising her judgement and applying logic to solving problems.

Uma Rudd Chia is an award-winning Executive Creative Director and co-founder of boutique ad
agency, KVUR. She has two decades of experience as global creative director at various multi-national advertising agencies. She holds an M.A. in Digital Media Management and Technology from Hyper Island.

She authored Hey Pastor! Your Church is Going Out of Business and Who Killed Death?. At the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, she authored her third book, 10 Things Brands Could Do To Survive A Crisis which became a Kindle bestseller overnight and a playbook for brands to navigate the Covid-19 climate.

Uma is a keynote speaker who has spoken at global conferences to over 200,000 people
across 14 countries in the past 5 years on topics of innovation and technology, women leadership and creativity.

She is the wife of one husband and mother to two human babies and one fur baby. She loves physics and wakes up dreaming of walking on Mars.
