Panel #1: Future-Proofing for a Super-Aging Society
Singapore’s aging population is growing rapidly, with an estimate of 1 in 4 citizens being over the age of 65 by 2030. Currently, conversation on the ageing population centers on healthier and more active lifestyles while ageing in the workplace is rarely addressed. Organizations now need to start strategizing for an older workforce by going beyond workplace health initiatives and consider how they can support their employees to age healthfully and with purpose.

With the Healthier SG framework calling on closer collaboration from healthcare providers throughout the whole life cycle, how can industry partner with government to transform care at home, at work and in communities?

Join our panel as they explore how industry and healthcare players partner together to better support Singapore’s super-aging society.
