Assaf Tarnopolsky

Senior Vice President and GM, APAC at Genesys

Assaf Tarnopolsky joined Genesys in July 2021 as our APAC GM and SVP of Sales. Assaf is a versatile business leader who has worked in sales, customer success, operations, and business unit leadership roles. He thrives in entrepreneurial environments and has 20+ years of experience building startups, launching new business lines and spearheading regional expansions. Assaf is a dynamic, thoughtful, and effective executive with a penchant for building world-class teams.

Prior to Genesys, Assaf was the leader of Marketing Solutions, Southeast Asia, North Asia, and Japan for LinkedIn. He was a core member of the LinkedIn APAC leadership team for 8 years, where he helped deliver 5 years of >35% year-over-year growth. Assaf previously held executive management and business development roles at Tecca.com, Sony Pictures Television, and MobiTV where he drove the development and commercialization of new media services and platforms.

A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Assaf is a permanent resident of Singapore where he lives with his wife and four sons.
