Event Details

Introduced last year, AmCham's Women in Business Committee holds a regular cadence of committee meetings called DEI Deep Dives every quarter. During these sessions, committee members hear updates from our Co-Chairs on committee activities, have discussions on top-of-mind topics on advancing women in business, and enjoy networking afterwards.

This month, we will focus on discussing how to build sustainable mentorship programs. Organizations lacking mentorship programs are missing out on a crucial opportunity for their leaders to transfer knowledge and skills and build team rapport and mutual understanding to cultivate a more engaged workforce overall—for new hires and long-serving employees alike. However, even if a mentorship program is in place, organizations face challenges around impact, participation, and sustainability.

Whether you are an organization with a mentorship program experiencing difficulties gaining traction or have yet to launch a mentorship program and are unsure of where to start, this session is for you. Join us as our guest speaker, Kenneth Tan, SVP & President, Asia Pacific, Japan & India at Varian and Co-founder & Mentor at Asia Mentors Circle, takes a deep dive into the challenges and best practices of building a sustainable mentorship program.

*Light refreshments and wine will be provided.
