Proper packaging of your medical device or diagnostic product is essential to ensure its safety and security. Oliver Healthcare Packaging's Technical Centre facilitates a hands-on, collaborative environment in which customers and prospective clients can work directly with our sterile barrier packaging experts. This collaborative approach enables the design, testing, and troubleshooting of packaging solutions tailored to specific requirements. The centre offers a comprehensive range of capabilities, including:
- Package integrity testing and seal strength testing
- Material testing, including puncture resistance, tensile, grammage / yield testing, and coefficient of friction (COF)
- Material analysis, including microscopic analysis and package failure evaluation · Troubleshooting for packaging challenges and process related issues
During the tour, the Oliver team will showcase some of the industry's best practices, including packaging redesign strategies aimed at reducing waste in the ongoing push for sustainability.
