Event Details
Tech Talks is a monthly series by the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Committee to explore a wide range of tech topics. Each session, the TMT Committee will be inviting experts for an introduction on technology trends you would like to know more about.
This month, we will be exploring the wide potential of quantum computing. In the last few years, quantum computing has opened doors to better data processing capabilities, improved accuracy and scalability of AI and machine learning as well as significantly increased internet security and scalability. These capabilities make quantum computers a useful tool for businesses in the finance and healthcare space with potential application to other sectors.
While quantum computing seems like an exciting technological progress, how can a wider spectrum of organizations fully utilize its potential? As it works with large amounts of data, what will this mean for data privacy and cybersecurity? And more importantly, how can industries beyond tech, finance and healthcare leverage the benefits of quantum computing.
Join us for a sharing session, good conversations and even better networking on Wednesday afternoons!
