The world is preparing to move from pandemic to endemic Covid-19 but are we ready to do so and do we have the tools for this important shift?

AmCham Singapore is honored to have with us leading public health experts from the U.S. and Singapore -- Dr. Charity Dean and Dr. Daphne Khoo.

Dr. Dean is a renowned public health physician who is known for her work as the assistant director of the California Department of Public Health in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States and was featured prominently in The Premonition by Michael Lewis. She is also the co-founder and CEO of The Public Health Company, which brings together the best expertise in public health disease control with private sector tech innovation to build autonomous disease control decision capabilities in scalable software.

Dr. Khoo is the Deputy Director of Medical Services (Healthcare Performance Group) and concurrently, Executive Director of the Agency of Care Effectiveness (ACE), Ministry of Health, Singapore (MOH), with the mission to advance appropriate care in Singapore through the application of Health Technology Assessment.

These two expert speakers will share what they've learned over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic and will also discuss the technology, tools and access we need to prepare ourselves as we move from pandemic to endemic.

If you have questions for the panel, please send them to Benedict Thambiah at bthambiah@amcham.com.sg by 12:00 PM on Friday, August 20, 2021.
