The AmCham Singapore Equality Taskforce invites AmCham members to join a networking event to discuss how Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) can promote a workplace culture that is not only high performing, but also welcoming of all employees.
Together with the AmCham Women program and the Women in Business committee, the Equality Taskforce focuses on the relevant DEI concerns of people of different ages, races and ethnicities, abilities and disabilities, genders, religions, cultures and sexual orientations.
At this networking event, the Equality Taskforce will be sharing survey findings from the LGBTQIA+ Corporate Culture Survey that was conducted from February to March 2022. From these learnings, we will be exploring steps that AmCham members can take to ensure that DEI remains a business priority for the benefit of their organizations.
