AmCham welcomes you to attend this in-person Closing Ceremony with our Next Generation Leadership (NextGen Upgrade) Program participants, alumni, and session trainers, along with AmCham leadership from our Board of Governors and Committees Co-Chairs.


Join us as we celebrate a year of leadership development with our outstanding 2022 NextGen Cohort. An important facet of the NextGen Upgrade program is helping rising leaders expand their networks and connect with other leaders. This Closing Ceremony is an opportunity to reflect on the learnings of the program and map out your leadership journey with the help of AmCham business leaders. The session will include remarks from the Singapore Institute of Directors on how leaders can start their board journey.
