Mui Hwa NG (she/her/hers) is an independent and experienced Leadership and Organisational Development Consultant for the past 22 years. She has been a senior consultant to established Leadership Development Consultancies such as Cartus, Aperian Global, Center for Creative Leadership(CCL) and Impact International for client organisations ranging from international multinational corporations (MNC) to local small and medium enterprises (SME).
Mui Hwa has designed and developed Leadership Development interventions in face to face and virtual programmes in English and Mandarin for organisations based across Asia Pacific spanning across Japan to India and China to Australia/NZ.
Some of the client organisations with sustained and repeated partnerships include Asia Development Bank, Exxon Mobil, LEGO, Johnson & Johnson, Standard Chartered Bank, Credit Suisse, Mitsui Corporation, BASF, BNP, Apple, Facebook as well as local SMEs in Singapore through TAFEP – Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (https://www.tal.sg/tafep). She was instrumental in designing and delivering the pioneering programmes for Inclusion for TAFEP member organisations from 2012-2015.

She is a graduate of Sociology and English Language from National University of Singapore and embarked on this current 21 year career in Leadership and Organisational Development after about 15 years in the advertising industry under the WPP umbrella as a client management regional lead.
