Event Details

Research shows that roughly 25% of the global population will be over 65 by 2050. In Australia, roughly 15% of Australians are over 65 as of 2017. The recent release of the Singapore Census, shows a 6.2% increase in the 65+ population. With women living longer, on average, from men, the topic of economic inclusion of senior women is key for sustainable growth in the region.

There is considerable evidence supporting the business case for age diversity including:

- improved productivity, performance and social capital;

- the ability to meet labour and skill shortages;

- the transfer of critical knowledge; and

- being a catalyst for innovation and ultimately growth.

Come and join this interactive webinar as our speakers engage in honest and open conversations with members of the Australian, Singapore and American business communities on matters related to aging and collective action to address this critical issue now and into the future.
